How can parents get involved in school activities?Parents are welcome to volunteer and participate in various school activities. You can share cultural experiences, musical instruments, fresh flowers, books, or healthy treats for the children.

Do you have any special events or celebrations throughout the year?Yes, we organize various excursions and events such as visits to a dog cafe, play areas, trips to the zoo, park picnics, beach days, and celebrations of special days and holidays from different cultures.

What is the teacher-to-child ratio?We maintain a ratio of one teacher for every four children to ensure personalized attention and care.

What qualifications do the teachers have?Our teachers are AMI & NAMC Montessori trained, bringing extensive childcare expertise and experience to the classrooms.

Are meals provided at the school?No, we do not provide meals at the school. Parents are encouraged to pack a small snack for their child, something he/she prefers. We have a daily activity where children lay the table together and enjoy their snacks, fostering a sense of community and encouraging sharing.

Can the school accommodate my child’s specific feeding schedule?Yes, we are happy to assist with any specific feeding schedules or dietary needs. Please communicate any special instructions to us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What is the clothing and uniform policy?Children should wear neat and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. A change of clothing must be left at school. School T-shirts should be worn on Fridays and field trips.

What are the diapering and toilet learning policies at Little Amigos Montessori?We encourage introducing toilet learning as early as nine months. The Montessori approach encourages children to be involved in the process of cleaning and dressing themselves. Parents should provide a supply of diapers, preferably pull-up style, and multiple changes of clothes should be kept at school.
