Shweta, a Computer Engineering and Management Studies graduate with diverse corporate experience, excels in product development, business management, and marketing.
After becoming a mother, she embarked on a journey to explore the Montessori method. The concept of empowering young children with independence and self-growth, while nurturing self-discipline, captivated her.
Shweta's passion for Montessori led her to leave the corporate world and dedicate herself to creating this beautiful space for toddlers to thrive.
She obtained her Montessori 0-3 diploma certification from NAMC, North America and 3-6 Assistants from AMI, Netherlands, and has completed her teaching practice at Besant Montessori, Mumbai & The Montessori School, Bangalore.
Currently, she is pursuing 3-6 AMI diploma from Ratan Tata Institute, with plans to open Primary environment by 2025 end. She spearheads programs, administration, and staff, driven by her belief in creating a secure environment that fosters self-discovery and celebrates individuality

Jain
Monika Jain is a seasoned Montessori educator with over 14 years of experience. She holds an AMI qualification as a Montessori Directress since 2010, specializing in early childhood education. Her passion for nurturing young minds is evident in her approach, which blends child-led learning with structured developmental milestones.
Her impressive background includes serving as a lead teacher at Harmony Montessori for 12 years, which is one of Mumbai’s topmost Montessori Institutions. Here she honed her skills in creating engaging, hands-on classroom experiences for the children. She is also a dedicated mother to a 4-year-old, which enriches her understanding of children’s needs and behaviors.
In addition to her practical experience, Monika has completed multiple courses in child psychology, further enhancing her ability to support and guide each child’s unique learning journey.
Lead Teacher
Athiya Zainab, our dedicated Toddler Teacher at Little Amigos Montessori, brings over nine years of experience in pre and primary education. Joining us in Jan 2023, she quickly became a favorite among our toddlers, who adore her nurturing and engaging teaching style. Athiya holds a B.Sc in Interior Design and a Diploma in Primary Education from the Asian College of Teachers, Kolkata. She also completed her AMI 3-6 Assistants Course from MIB, Bangalore.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Athiya excels in communication, classroom management, curriculum planning.
